职位描述
Support product development for laboratory work, trial runs of product development and research related projects, participating in product development under the supervisor guidance.
? Beverage base or prototypes preparation by using equipment in the product development lab and the pilot plant, such as balance, pumps, fillers, capers or any other equipment needed for this activity, following the GMP and SOP procedures.
? Conduct tests of product attributes analysis, and product evaluation (e.g. taste or odor testing) based on the sensory guidelines.
? Maintain laboratory equipment and instrument (e.g., troubleshooting, conducting preventative maintenance, calibrating and contact supplier if repairing need).
? Dedicate to lab work. Accurately record results and observations in notebook. Maintain the files and work records. Based on experience, being able to help interpret results with scientists and developers.
? Demonstrates good understanding of related functional disciplines, process and information tools using for product development (i.e. Picasso system functions and usage, new ingredients approval process, Product development process, etc.)
? Participate in product development activities with guidance, such as reformulating products, stability evaluation and shelf life tests according to stability guidelines.
? Good communication with internal and external contact, such as developers, supporting functional expert, technical commercialization, suppliers, etc.
Knowledge & Experience:
? At least 1 year related work experience.
? General beverage knowledge, including beverage industry trends/updates, ingredients, beverage physical/chemical attributes, beverage stability, process, packaging, sensory, nutrition, etc.
? Basic knowledge of food microbiology used to make judgments about the safety of ingredients, beverages, manufacturing techniques, packaging and storage conditions.
? General understanding of all aspects of physical chemistry that are relevant to Company products.
? Knowledge of basic nutrition concepts and definitions involved in basic nutritional labeling.
? Good awareness of Company rules, including GMP, SOP, procedures and working process, etc.
? Efficient communication skills in Chinese and English.
? Good computer skills
