JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of our digital IP design team, you will be responsible for IP design for high performance and low power STB chips, focusing on tasks as IP micro-architectural definition, RTL coding and verification.
? Digital IP development
o Work with chip architecture on IP feature specification
o Define the IP micro-architecture
o Develop the RTL code in Verilog or VHDL
o Use LINT and CDC tools to screen and fix design issues
o Develop unit level test bench and test cases for IP verification
o Achieve function and code coverage target to guarantee the quality
o Synthesize the IP, insert scan chains and MBIST logics
o Work with DFT team to achieve ATPG test coverage target
o Work with DFT team to define and develop functional test patterns
o Deliver IP design spec, datasheet, user manual, verification spec and related document
? Supporting other teams
o Support IP integration and system level verification
o Support SOC team on timing closure
o Support system team on IP bring up and validation in silicon
o Support software team on IP driver development and issue debug

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
BS or MS in electrical engineering or equivalent

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
4+ (senior) /8+ (Staff) years of experience in logic design and verification

KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABBILITIES REQUIRED
? Excellent track record in IP development and delivery
? Design/verification experience on in below domains will be a plus
o ARM processor related
o USB/SATA/PCIE/Ethernet
o Flash controller, SDIO/eMMC controller
? Good understanding on synthesis, DFT, timing, system level verification
? Excellent communication skills
