岗位职责：

1、 工业工程实施

1） 收集和计算生产线工位节拍时间，确定和颁布“生产线能力一览表”，“操作工配置计划”，“操作工时间和能力一览表”的颁布, 采取措施提高劳动生产率和导入IE的方法与工具以及培训

2） 制定人机工程标准，并应用于新工位设计中

2、 平面布置优化

支持生产线平面布置的最新规划和进一步优化工作，计划，更新和优化工厂平面布置

3、 BPS 工作协调和支持

1) 支持BPS项目的实施

2) 支持新项目规划

3) 支持现场操作标准的建立

岗位要求：

1、 工业工程或管理类专业，本科学历

2、 至少2-3年工作经验

3、 熟悉工业工程和精益生产，能进行机械设计，具有合作和创造能力，能组织和指导别人。
