职位范围：
上海玻璃博物馆客服专员负责提供和满足博物馆顾客和参观者的需求，创造舒适的参观氛围，提供优质的服务。

主要职责：
1. 主要负责博物馆日常运营接待工作（前台接待、商店、咖啡吧、DIY等）；
热情接待客人，给予客户温馨而优质的服务；

熟悉并执行博物馆各岗位区域的日常工作流程；
熟悉上海玻璃博物馆展览文本和讲解词，负责博物馆的导览讲解工作；
接受客人的咨询，记录咨询、投诉内容，并按照相应流程给予客人反馈和解答；
需协助博物馆设备、设施的使用、展品的维护、展厅开放时的安全与管理；
2. 灵活掌握客户心里，达成并超越博物馆各区域的销售指标；
3. 执行博物馆各区域行政工作：
工作区域日常陈列布置，工作区域和库房清洁整齐符合标准；

库存管理，订货管理，来货检验，入库，入账、补货，退货，防损登记等；
日常报表的制作和维护，每周整理报表并及时汇报销售和使用情况，作为订货参考；
4. 协助并配合博物馆其他部门客户服务工作;
5. 完成上级主管安排的其他工作要求;

任职要求：

1.中专以上学历；

2.有责任心、良好的组织能力和沟通能力；

3.普通话标准；英语听说能力良好，口语流利；熟练使用Word、Excel、Powerpoint等各办公软件；

4.酒店管理专业, 有客服、讲解员、导览员、导游、零售销售工作经验者佳。

Shanghai Museum of Glass was initiated and funded by Shanghai Glass Co.,Ltd.,which had witnessed the development of the glass industry in Shanghai and attentively preserved and inherited a century-old history and its product culture.
An investigation group was organized to visit and inspect dozens of famous museums in the world and an architectural design team headed by Tilman Thuermer from Germany to undertake the main renovation for the interior space of Shanghai Museum of Glass. The design of the Museum integrates both new and existing structures, which keeps and highlights the features of the old workshop, and also gives the architecture new functionality and iconic status, created a series of changing of new and old. Shanghai Museum of Glass covers a building area of about 5,000 m2.
Shanghai Museum of glass advocated creating a more colorful and wonderful glass art space, in addition, guided by the direction towards community-style development. From the architectural glass to the top of the glass works of art, sharing so as to present the most beautiful and most wonderful technologies to the public.
