职责范围：

票务客服专员

1.沟通能力强，能有针对性地为游客介绍各种票务服务，有从事票务类销售经验者优先；

2.细心、耐心地为游客提供咨询服务、寄包服务、团队接待等服务；

3.形象气质良好，普通话标准，英语流利；

4.思路清晰、执行力强、服务意识好。

咖啡吧服务员

1.有餐饮行业服务经验，了解咖啡厅工作及服务流程，受过餐饮业服务礼仪培训者优先；

2.能简单制作各类饮料，并向客人做适当地推荐；

3.有餐饮行业服务人员健康证；

4.正确地点单，并准确地为客人配送饮料与餐点；

DIY工作室客服专员

1. 幼教专业毕业，女性，有从事学龄前儿童绘画教学经验优先，热受手工DIY项目；

2. 能有针对性地指导小朋友做玻璃彩绘，使小朋友在绘画中有良好地亲子活动体验；

3. 带教各年龄段班级的玻璃DIY课程，独立小班授课并辅导参与者完成各类玻璃DIY项目；

4. 能有针对性地向游客推荐玻璃的DIY项目，并为游客做简单的介绍与辅助讲解。

商店销售服务专员

1.有店铺零售行业内直面销售经验1年以上，热爱销售工作；

2.做好柜台内商品的清洁与展示工作，确保商品安全、整齐、美观；

3.能及时盘点并补充商品，完成上级下达的销售业绩指标；

4.通过培训能对商品熟悉，有针对性地、主动地向游客推荐合适的商品，并促成销售。

场馆导览讲解员

1.有导游、讲解员等相关岗位工作经验者优先；

2.熟悉讲解词与展馆内的展品、设施，工作中能为游客提供良好地展馆内导览服务；

3.能带动游客团队的热情，提供亲切的服务，确保游客参观的满意度；

4.口齿清晰，普通话标准，如可提供英语或其他语种讲解者更佳。

任职要求：

1.能长期、稳定地兼职，以月为单位，按小时结算薪酬；

2.居住地离博物馆1小时车程以内；

3.能周末、节假日进行工作，并达到岗位要求。

Shanghai Museum of Glass was initiated and funded by Shanghai Glass Co.,Ltd.,which had witnessed the development of the glass industry in Shanghai and attentively preserved and inherited a century-old history and its product culture.
An investigation group was organized to visit and inspect dozens of famous museums in the world and an architectural design team headed by Tilman Thuermer from Germany to undertake the main renovation for the interior space of Shanghai Museum of Glass. The design of the Museum integrates both new and existing structures, which keeps and highlights the features of the old workshop, and also gives the architecture new functionality and iconic status, created a series of changing of new and old. Shanghai Museum of Glass covers a building area of about 5,000 m2.
Shanghai Museum of glass advocated creating a more colorful and wonderful glass art space, in addition, guided by the direction towards community-style development. From the architectural glass to the top of the glass works of art, sharing so as to present the most beautiful and most wonderful technologies to the public.
