Responsbilities:

工作内容:

1 Accountable for warehouse management, inventory control, distribution and daily operation to drive for continuous improvements
2 Identify opportunity to lower the overall end-to-end logistics cost
3 Import order follow up: Ensure timely and correct execution for inbound orders, includes: shipping documents preparation; timely settlement for Duty & VAT; handle with Customs; correct booking in system, filing records.

4 Be responsible for coordination of goods receiving and goods issue. Ensure timely and correctly material movement in ERP system. Make close contacts with customs broker to smooth goods receiving and goods issue.

5 Be responsible for inventory management. Ensure ERP system record conforms to physical goods in volumes and status. Arrange for goods write-off upon requirement.

6 Domestic shipment arrangement, ensure timely and correctly record in ERP system, track transportation progress, and ensure the delivery on time and safety.

7 Ensure transportation & warehouse management in line with requirements of ISO, EHS. Also ensure all the related process and documentation is in compliance with government regulation.

4.负责协调货物的接收和货物问题。确保及时和正确的材料在ERP系统运动。同报关行密切接触者,顺利收到货物和商品的问题。
5.负责库存管理。确保ERP系统记录符合物理货物数量和状态。安排货物要求注销。

6.国内发货安排,确保及时和正确的记录在ERP系统中,跟踪货运并确保准时交货和安全。

7.确保运输和仓库管理符合ISO的要求,安全环保。还确保所有相关的流程和文档是符合政府监管。

Requirment：

任职资格:

1.Degree holder preferably in supply chain, logistics or business administration
2.Hands-on experience in warehouse operation and inventory management

3.Proactive, persuasive, dynamic and able to communicate at all levels

1.物流管理等相关专业专科（含）以上学历；

2.实践经验在仓库操作和库存管理，有叉车证。

3.善于与人沟通。主动、有说服力的、与各级沟通.

4.3年以上物流仓储计划工作经验及1年以上物流主管管理经验；

5.受过财会知识、物流仓储管理等方面的培训；
6.具有较强的沟通、协调能力，责任心强。
7.熟练操作ERP及办公软件，会使用U8者优先考虑

8.高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神；
