Major Job Responsibilities 主要工作职责：

· performing laboratory tests in order to produce reliable and precise data to support Quality and Technical;

· carrying out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies to carry out analyses;

· preparing specimens and samples;

· constructing, maintaining and operating standard laboratory equipment, for example spectrometer, microscope, cutting machines;

· ensuring the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced;

· recording and sometimes interpreting results to present to senior colleagues;

· using computers and performing mathematical calculations for the preparation of graphs;

· keeping up to date with technical developments, especially those which can save time and improve reliability;

· following and ensuring strict safety procedures and safety checks

· cooperate with external laboratory for those test can’t be made in Nuair

keep up to date all certificate of laboratory

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements 学历背景和工作经验要求：

? Bachelor's degree or above in Metallurgy
? Experience in working within multinational teams
? English - fluent
? Experience in laboratory operation from Compressor Industry or automotive is an advantage

? Knowledge of Reach requirement
? Knowledge and experience of chemical analysis, structures of metallic parts, plastic and rubber is a plus.
? Knowledge on reading plastic, rubber analysis report

? Knowledge on usage Rohs and PAH analysis instruments is a plus
? Effective team work skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong organizational skills to prioritize and execution of test
? Ability to meet commitments; results oriented
? Good project management, planning & organizing skills with experience of determining priorities
