Responsibilities:

Market research
-Independently conduct desk research
-Assist senior-level researcher on proposal writing, sample selection, guide/questionnaire design, translation, data collection and analysis and report writing.
-Learn moderation skills and train to be independent moderator for qualitative study

Project management
-Coordinate with operation teams on project management based on the agreed project timeline
-Well understand the project status and take ownership of project
-Prepare clear & well-structured project briefing documents

Client service
-Respond client's enquiry promptly in a professional manner
-Communicate with clients clearly and appropriately in English or Chinese
-Follow up billings and collections for projects.

Requirements:
-Candidate must have a Master's degree in Pharmacy or medical from leading school.
-Fresh graduate or someone with 1-2 years'experience in market research company or similar function on client side (pharmaceutical or medical device company)
-Be analytical and independent thinker with strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong customer service ability and demonstrate the professionalism at work
-Fluent English and Chinese speaking and writing skills
-Excellent in MS-office, including word, excel and PowerPoint
-Easy-going, passionate, detail-oriented and positive attitude
-A team player with the willing to work under pressure and tight project timeline
