Essential Duties:
The communications specialist will be responsible for varied tasks within the MarCom department, reporting directly to the Communications Manager. The following duties are not required to have previous experience in, as on-sight training will be provided for much of these activities.
? Public Relations:公共关系
o Developing Press Releases for public consumption
o Coordinating with Press coverage and expanding it
o Taking action to shape company’s image
? Reporting/Analysis:报告/分析
o Prepare reports for senior manager regarding weekly traffic performance.
o Analyze critically traffic performance, explore additional routes for advertising or traffic gain
? Affiliate Management:联盟管理
o Similar to CRM, however this is dealing with an affiliate network of marketing partners. Manage the whole platform on a daily basis.
o Interact with publishers, respond to inquiries and solve any problems they may have.
o Review applications daily, approving/denying according to internal brand standards.
o Manually process commissions per order.

o Responsible for creating and maintaining a consistent brand image across multiple business subsidiaries.
? Desktop Publishing:桌面出版
o Developing brand materials for products
o Assisting with the production of company white papers
o Design and execution of marketing materials (newsletter, brochures, etc)
? Community Relationship Management:社区关系管理
o Assisting with company blog management
o Potential oversight of community forums and developing traffic
? Customer Support:客户支持
o Handling escalated customer inquiries
o Sensitive deployment of customer cases
o Maintaining company image by reaching out to consumers who have complaints.
? Communications Quality Control:沟通质量控制
o Responsible for maintaining QA program for CS departments
o Monthly reporting on QA needs/concerns
o Remote management of QA staff
? Content Development:内容开发
o Developing content for external and internal communications
o Newsletters, ads, brochures, chat and e-mail scripts, FAQ, news announcements, etc. etc.
o Product support, aiding foreign sellers in offer descriptions, new content for new product lines, etc.
? Repository Management:知识库管理
o Manage a repository of press releases, news articles, FAQ content sections, etc.
? Marketing Section Assistance:市场方面的协助
o Assistance with creating content for Marketing department
o Market analysis on demographics and/or industry
o Assistance with managing social media tools when Marketing dept. requires it.
岗位要求:
1.四年制大学本科毕业,新闻,通信,广告或者市场营销专业优先
2.1年相关工作经验(短期的实习可以考虑)
3.英语达到母语水平
4.目前居住在上海
Requirements:
? At least a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Advertising, or Marketing.
? 1 year of work in related field (shorter internships can be considered)
? Native level English speaker
? Must already reside in Shanghai
Competencies:
? Problem Solving/Critical Thinking: Able to analyze communications issues in a unique business model which caters to both consumers and businesses.
? Customer Service: Manages difficult or emotional customer situations Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; and Response to requests for service and assistance.
? Technical Skills: Basic skills in design and desktop publishing (photoshop, indesign, etc).
? Communication Skills: Native level English required. Multi-lingual a plus. Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment where English is not the first language.
? Business Acumen: Understands business implications of decisions, Displays orientation to profitability; Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition (this can be taught during employment); Aligns work with strategic goals.
? Cost Consciousness: Works within approved budget Develops and implements cost saving measures, Contributes to profits and revenue, conserves organizational resources
