Responsibilities：

1. Conduct market intelligence research in China market

2. Compile research reports and report to senior management team, including our CEO, Head of Global Delivery, General Manager, Market Intelligence Manager, etc.

3. The research areas would cover: the development history of an industry and its future opportunities; the competence of one targeted company, e.g. financial performance, current strategic priorities, pain points, potential opportunities, etc.; and other relevant research for the requirement of business development in China

4. Have solid understanding of Essex’s core capabilities and competencies, analyze the market and dig for potential opportunities

Qualifications:

1. 1+ years’ experience in market research or relevant area, with knowledge in banking, credit card, retail or e-commerce

2. Excellent PPT writing capabilities and presentation skills, good at information organizing and summarizing

3. Can communicate effectively with both senior and junior colleagues, a good team player

4. Has passion on new business development

5. Can handle high working pressure and tight delivery timeline

6. Fluent in both Chinese and English
