Job targets & decision making:
> Suport efficient project management
> continuous optimization of the products and the procedures
> Constant enhancement and transfer from the know-how
> Support the management at reach the timing targets
> Assembling of the prototypes according to Presta standards

Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities:
> Planing and processing of samples orders
> Perform the Assembly of prototypes and ensure documentation of process parameters
> Create and machining new parts according to drawings
> Create and machining new fixture to ensure the assembly and the measurement of the prototypes
> Measurement of prototypes according to control plan
> Support the design creation and optimisation of the products at advising about assemblyness
> Ensure the prototypes tracking possibility
> Ensure the availability of the standard components (screws, nuts, bolt, ..)
> Co responsible at checking the prototypes and transfering to test areas
> Documentation and management in the work area (Folders, PLM ..)
> Support the project manager for holding the timing, technique, cost and quality targets
> Support the creation and the constant actualisation of DFMEA
> Ensure the maintenance and the availability of assembly tooling and fixtures
> Ensure a safe packaging of the products and the forwarding in logistic areas

Required Competency & Qualification:
Bachelor in mechanical design
Fluent English or German
Pack MS Office
Min 2 years experience in automotive industry
Project experience is advantage

Methods & process related skills, qualification:
1. Knowledge on machining (grinding, milling….)
2. Knowledge of PFC Product and manufacure process
3. Reading drawings and documentation
4. FMEA knowledge
5. Knowledge in material specifications
6. Knowledge about testing equipement
7. Understanding of ISO/TS 16949 & ISO 14001 standard & related experience
8. Related CD documents of Presta
