Job Targets and Decision Making 岗位目标及工作权限
- Ensure machines running in right status.
确保设备在正确的状态下运行。
- Ensure production running in a proper way to match production objectives (OEE, scrap, capacity utilization).
确保生产在合适的方式下运行以达成各项生产指标。
- Ensure production process is implemented properly.
确保生产工艺被正确执行。
- Is authorized to stop machine in emergency situation (with risk of people enjuried, with risk of quality failure, with risk of machine damaged).
在紧急情况下(有人员受伤的风险,有质量失效的风险,有设备损坏的风险)有权停止设备。
Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责
-Responsible for monitoring machine running performance based on production objectives (OEE, scrap, capacity utilization).
负责根据各项生产指标(设备综合效率,废品率,生产能力利用率)监督设备的运行性能。
- Implement proper reaction plan when deviation happens.
当偏差发生时执行相应的反应计划。
- Responsible for machine data setting when machine start up or change over.
当设备启动或换型时负责设备参数设定。
- Implement Control Plan to ensure all quality gates are implemented in plan.
执行控制计划以确保所有质量门都根据计划被执行。
-Implement KAIZEN plan to improve production objectives.
为提高生产指标执行改善行动计划。
- Report machine and quality problems based on escalation plan.
根据逐级上报计划报告设备问题和质量问题。
- Support maintenance team to analyze to find machine problem root cause.
协助维修小组分析查找设备问题根本原因。
- Lead AM (autonomous maintenance) activities.
领导设备自主维护活动。
- Responsible for taking over operation process skill from process team and related documents then train operators.
负责从工艺小组和相关文件掌握操作技能并培训作业员。
- Provide proposal for machine optimization.
为设备优化提供建议。
- Provide proposal for process optimization.
为工艺优化提供建议。
- Participate P-FMEA review/updating meeting.
参与P-FMEA的复查/更新会议。
- Support production supervisor for production daily management.
协助生产主管做好生产日常管理工作。
Required Competency and Qualification 任职能力及资格
Knowledge 知识
Education 学历 College or Vocation School/ 大专或技校
Foreign Language 外语 English basic level, German+/ 英语基础水平,懂德语更好
Computer Skill 计算机 Skilled office application software/ 熟练使用办公应用软件
Experience 经验
Auto or related experience 汽车或相关行业经验 至少3年以上调整工相关工作经验
Methods and Process related Skills and Qualification 方法工具及岗位相关技能
