Job Targets and Decision Making 岗位目标及工作权限
1、Execution of all the daily inspection, repair and maintenance for all the infrastructure systems in the right quality and order

Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责
-Ensure & perform infrastructure maintenance to support production and whole plant running smoothly.
l确保实施基础设施的维保工作以支持生产及整个工厂的正常运行。
-Responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of all utility equipment (Gas, Heating, Water, Power, Air, Lights,HVAC,RO water,boiler system,elevator,fire fighting system etc.).
负责所有动力设备(气、供暖、水、电、灯,空调及通风系统,纯水系统,锅炉系统,电梯,消防系统等)的日常点检及维修保养工作
-Support the engineer to prepare a planned & preventative maintenance schedule (Planned Maintenance, PM Schedule).
l协助工程师制定计划和预防性维修维护安排(计划维护维修、PM安排)
-Responsible for the utility equipment operation within his authorization
负责授权之内的所有动力设备的操作。
-Involve in the energy saving management
参与节能减排的管理
-Involve in the spare parts management for the utility equipment
参与动力设备的备件管理
-Involve in the planned maintenance with engineer and subcontractor
配合工程师和分包商进行计划性的保养
-Involve in the urgent repair with engineer and subcontractor
配合工程师和分包商进行紧急维修
-Involve in the improvemnt project with engineer and subcontractor
配合工程师和分包商的改进项目


Required Competency and Qualification 任职能力及资格
1. Knowledge 知识
Education 学历College or professional school 中专或大专学历
Foreign Language 外语基本的英语技能 Basic English language skills
Computer Skill 计算机Be good at related office software (word, excel,lotusnotes,CAD)
2. Experience 经验
Auto or related experience 汽车或相关行业经验More than 4 year working experience in machine maintenance
四年以上机床/设备维修工作经验
Intercultural experience 跨文化工作经验 One year working experience in a JV or foreign invested company is preferred
