Job Purpose

Drive sales in territories. 推动区域销售

- Track projects according to project information provided by sales manager.

根据销售经理提供的项目信息跟踪项目

- Get contact with local design institutes, contractors and owners to try to maintain a long term cooperation relationship.

与当地设计院，总包以及业主建立长期合作联系。

- Set up new sales channel in territories where there is no-man land. Or provide support to the territories where there is existing rep.

在无代理商的区域建立新的销售渠道。或者在有代理商的区域提供支持。

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Be the primary point of tracking projects and getting contact with local designers for day to day activity

首要工作是跟踪项目，建立与当地设计师的日常联系。

2. Coordinate communication of technical issues between the reps/customers and Greenheck Application Engineering.

在代理商/客户与格林瀚克应用工程师间，协调技术问题。

3. Collect project information from designers and track projects accordingly.

从设计师处搜集项目信息，并跟踪相应的项目。

4. Meet with owners, contractors and designers to get first hand information.

拜访业主，总包和设计师取得第一手项目信息。

5. Evaluate Greenheck's competitive position to assist effective Sales Department decision making.

评估格林瀚克的竞争中的位置，协助销售部门制定销售政策。

6. On a weekly basis, monitor active projects to give visibility to activity and identify projects that need involvement by Greenheck personnel.

每周与格林瀚克销售办公室沟通进行中项目进度。

7. Make product and pricing selections when necessary to meet rep and customer response deadlines and to provide a high level of customer service.

进行产品和价格选型，以达到代理和客户的回复期限要求，提供高水准的服务。

8. Coordinate out of territory sales activity between the in territory and out of territory reps.

协助区域内外代理商的销售活动。

9. Investigate after sales service issues and coordinate between the after sales service contractors, GKS, and GFC.

调查售后情况，协助GKS和GFC以及总包之间的售后活动。

10. Find solutions to lead-time issues when they arise.

寻求发货期的解决方案。

11. Respond to special requests after researching solutions within Greenheck.

在格林瀚克内部，得到解决方案后，要执行特别需求。

12. Find solutions to bidding, price, spec, or delivery problems.

寻求解决方案，以解决在投标，价格，产品规格以及发货期等问题。

13. Attend meetings to represent the Greenheck factory.

参与推介格林瀚克工厂的会议

14. Provide details of meetings with customers and add to a database to provide documentation for Sales Department decision making.

提供与客户的会议记录，添加数据库，以提供文件支持销售部门作出决策。

15. Any and all other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor.

其他由上级指派的职责。
