职位描述：
1．根据班组下达的生产计划，执行和完成本工序的生产活动，保证各项生产任务按期完成
2．按质量管理体系要求、严格执行标准操作程序。
3．对机器设备进行日常维护及简单维修；
未来的职业发展：
包括设备维修、生产工艺、质量管理、生产计划、安全/培训，工程师、主管等。

职位要求：
1．男女不限；大专学历，以机械，机电，化工，电气， 电子，通讯，计算机等工科类专业为主；招收少量其他专业的学生；
2．能胜任倒班工作，愿意在制造业长期发展；三班倒
3．工作积极主动, 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
4．熟练的计算机操作能力 ；
5．具有基本的英语听、说、读、写能力。
