Job Description:

1) Participate in setting up and implement company HR policies and benefit system, employee handbook to comply with related labor laws and industry practices.

2) Staffing: Handle recruiting and dismissal issues to align with business development，maintain and update a full and accurate employee database, employee attendance record management, labor cost review

3) Employee onboard and exit process: Manage and update company registration to be in compliance with government regulations, new hire on-boarding and orientation, employee exit.

4) Training and benefits management: employee benefits management, employee training programs.

5) Performance management：employee activities evaluation to support management team and facilitate the function managers to conduct performance management.

6) Provide HR advisory and consultation for managers and staff on company HR policy.

7) Employee relations: Responsible for employee relations programs, and foster company culture and facilitate the communication programs and employee relationship activities through team building activities.

8) Establish Foreign Rep Office, Expat work immigration process

9) HR reporting: , employee activities evaluation, analysis and continuous improvement employee relations

10) Others: Track Service Year and other employ recognition award list and distribute the certificates and company gifts accordingly

Qualification:

1) Associate degree or above.

2) Above 5 years experience in HR field

3) Fast leaner with good logical thinking ability and coordination communication skills;

4) Fluent in written and spoken English a must.

5) Computer skilled with office software

6) Loyal, high business ethics, open-mind, responsible, active and positive
