JOB DESCRIPTION
MAINTENANCE EXPERT / INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER - MECHANICS

Key responsibility:
The Maintenance Expert for mechanics is in charge of all maintenance and repair activities – mainly for assembly lines, compressors, air condition - in the production plant of PHP.

Main Tasks

? Preparing and executing maintenance plans for semi-automatic assembly lines, technical plant equipment
? Fault-finding in case of break downs on assy line and technical equipment
? Maintaining/updating failure catalogue of equipment
? Repairing broken down machines, if necessary together with external companies
? Supervising external companies
? Planning, executing and documentation for new technical installations
? Spare parts management for technical equipment

Profile / Skills

? 3 to 5 year working experience in a mass production company with complex and semi-automatic assembly lines
? Education as mechanical or process or manufacturing Technician or Engineer
? Age: 30-40 years old
? good English skills
? Fluent reading and interpretation of technical documentation in Englsih
? Basic IT know-how like MS Office
? Ability to work autonomous and in a team
? High reliability and motivation
? Further know-how concerning Siemens S7 programming preferable
