1. Department: R& D Center Pierburg Huayu Pump Technology
2. Main tasks: · Planning, Accomplishment and Analysis of tests with appropriate testing
methods
· Result documentation and compilation of test reports
· Preparation and presentation of work results in the development team
or at customer
· Support of measurement instrumentation and test benches in the test
laboratories
· Conception and setup of test devices
· Analysis of returned parts and failure analysis
· Active contribution to product development and product optimization
· Examination of requirements and compilation of test procedures
· Support of product FMEA
3. Technical skills
required:
· Bachelor or Master degree of mechanical engineering or automotive
engineering
· Professional experience in the development of engine components, in
supporting and planning of component testing and testing area
· Substantial knowledge of measurement instrumentation, test engineering
and data acquisition and processing
· Knowledge about experimental methods (i.e. DoE)
· Know-how about release processes in the automotive industry
4. Social skills required: · Structured and systematical work approach
· High ability to work in a team
· High ability to communicate
· Job dedication and high personal responsibility
· Flexibility
5. Other information · Deep knowledge about PC-office and and PC- measurement data
compilation
· Willingness to travel
