Overall Purpose of Job:
Provide leadership and coordination of company financial planning, debt financing, and budget management functions. Ensure company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles

Major Responsibilities:
1) Responsible (but not limited to) for plant controlling and project controlling:
？ Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows
？ Preparation of project/product calculations based on internal guidelines
？ Follow-up/monitoring/calculation of ongoing projects (products), cost control of departments
？ Production pricing for both of internal and external customers
？ Controlling of investments orders, investment project monitoring
？ Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports
？ Timely production of financial reports to shareholders
？ Budget-control, Budget deviation analysis
？ Cash-forecast management and control
？ Interaction with corporate controlling of the shareholders
？ Preparing of financial presentations and other information
2) Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained
3) Maintenance of financial ledgers and controlling processes
4) Advise management for decision making
5) Other duties as assigned by superiors

Key Competencies:
？ Knowledge of basic controlling tasks, budgeting
？ Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
？ strong written and verbal communication skills
？ Flexibility
？ International experience
？ Availability to travel to Europe for training/reporting purposes
？ Good English communication skills.
？ Additional German speaking would be preferred (not necessary)
？ General understanding of production processes
？ Good Cooperation and coordination with all related departments.

Education and Experience:
？ Master Degree or Diploma in Finance or similar
？ Experience with SAP-Systems
？ Minimum of five years in project/plant controlling or related areas (not accounting)
