1. Main tasks:
. Self-responsibility for all technical matters (design, prototyping and testing)
of electrical water pumps projects (from initial quotation phase until start of
serial production)
. Control of the core team in a matrix organization
. Market-oriented management of the projects
. Independent control of customer projects
. Coordination and cooperation with other internal departments

2. Professional Requirements:
. Graduated as Dipl.-ing. / master of Science (focus on mechanical engineering
or electrical engineering)
. Very good knowledge in the execution of projects until the series introduction
. Very good knowledge of the core processes of project management
. Technical basic knowledge in the fields of construction, electrical or electrical
engineering or mechanical engineering
. Experience in the automotive field, min. 5 years

3. Personal Requirements:
. Team player also able to promote teamwork in a complex and international
business environment
. Thoughtful and confident behavior
. Strong analytical approach
. Miscellaneous . Fluency in English, German is a plus
. Willing to stay longer time abroad for training purpose
. Frequent business trips
. Software: SAP, Lotus Notes/Outlook, MS-Office, MS-Project
