Logistic Assistant

-大专及以上学历，了解仓库运作，有一定物流工作经历
-熟练OFFICE操作，特别是excel
-负责顾客退货操作等一些列事宜。
-与仓库交接顾客返回的订单
- 检查包裹内产品是否与退货订单相符
- 操作公司内部系统，完成退货订单批复
- 如有订单异常，及时与公司客服沟通解决问题
- 与仓库交接已经批复确认的顾客订单，保证货物及时上架，再次销售
- 能承受较大工作压力
- 在宝山地区上班
