Job Description
Accountant, Account Payable
Responsibilities:
1. Classify and match invoices and payment inquires for payment approval;
2. Prepare monthly accounts payable accounting records for operation payment and banking charges/facilities;
3. Perform accounts payable reconciliation;
4. Review accounts payable status on monthly basis;
5. Ensure timely and proper voucher binding, together with invoice filing and archiving;
6. Maintain and update vendor list when necessary;
7. Ensure accurate and timely periodical tax filing；and
8. Support Manager for additional tasks if necessary.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in accounting and finance.
2. 3+ years working experience.
3. Working experience in Retail industry or Trading Company is preferred.
4. Familiar with local accounting and tax regulations for foreign enterprises and foreign Exchange Policies and relevant process
5. Fluent in both oral and written English.
6. Good computer knowledge, i.e. spreadsheet and experienced in using proven accounting packages.
7. Good communication and team work skill.
8. Good initiatives and commitment to work.

3. 有零售行业或贸易公司的工作经验者将被优先考虑；
4. 熟知外资公司相关的会计和税务法规，熟悉外汇政策和相关流程；
5. 流畅的英语口语与书面语；
6. 优秀的电脑使用能力，即电子表格和熟练运用证明会计软件；
7. 善于沟通和优秀的团队合作能力；
8. 工作积极主动，对工作认真。
