该职位工作职责和角色Roles & Responsibility of the Job:
Assists the sales manager in the management of their portfolio and call plans.
Conducts outbound calls, known as cold calling, to identify prospective customers. Cold calling involves contacting people who may not know about company products to see if they are interested in purchasing the products. It could also be generated to figure out if any extra services need from existing customers, etc.
Back-up the outside sales with administrative workload.
Maintaining records and files of customer activity (e.g. contact person, address, etc.), and other records as required.
Coordinate internal resource in the company and improve service level to the customers.

任职要求Requirement of the Jobholder:
Chemical background
Bachelor Degree
Good communication skills;
Good knowledge and experience in MS Office Application;
ERP experience of JDE is a plus
