JOB SUMMARY:
1. Set up and enforcement of the quality management system
2. Internal and external audits, certifications
3. Operational management of the quality department activities
4. Contribution to the project management
AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Defines the organization of the quality department and manages day-to-day operations in
2. QA, laboratory and system quality [including safety and environment]
3. Implements the quality system and deploys throughout the organization and trains all team members in quality system and processes
4. Controls the respect of the quality system and procedures through internal product and process audits and controls and uses the authority to enforce the procedures
5. Monitors quality targets and KPIs and sets up actions plans to achieve the targets
6. Contributes to the continuous improvement of methods and processes in order to improve the operational efficiency
7. Sets up and monitors the problem solving system to address quality issues and claims in order to handle the claims methodically and fast and to improve the customer satisfaction
8. Contributes to the improvement of the QCDM results and the financial performance of the plant
9. Elaborates investment proposals for quality equipment and executes the investment plans approved by management
10. Maintains the quality equipment in good technical level and assures the necessary calibrations and certifications
11. Participates in the new product development according to project management procedure and assures necessary resources to support project management
12. Supports the purchasing SQE activities putting necessary resources for suppliers audits, incoming inspection and laboratory measurements
13. Assures appropriate training and coaching of the quality employees
14. Conducts performance reviews and review of the career development of the members of its team as per HR procedures
15. Has the authority to stop the delivery when the parts are not confirming to customer specification
职位要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Be familiar with technical knowledge of quality system of automobile components industry
3. Technical knowledge of manufacturing process and products;
4. Internal and external auditor certifications
5. Management skills, Leadership skills, more than 5 years quality management position at manufacturing site
