Position Title: Senior Branding Manager
Location: Shanghai
Department: Marketing
Client Profile:
US company with more than 200 years history with leading position in consumer / construction material industry
Role & Responsibilities:
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
- Develop the marketing strategy for the brand in line with company objectives
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Coordinate product management and/or cost reduction projects with internal and external resources to achieve results
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Work closely with the company's Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
- Manage the brands in all aspects of the P&L.
- Expand, motivate and coach the team to achieve tangible results
Key Requirements:
- BS/BA degree in a business related function
- MBA (concentration in Marketing preferred)
- 10 to 15 years of brand or product marketing experience
- Strategic thinking skills
- Results orientation
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- High level of initiative and assertiveness
- Work well under pressure
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
