Supervise the operation status of whole facility ; Facilitate the equipment technician to maintain the related
facilities and supervise the clean degree of clean room with the objective ensuring that operation of the whole
plant runs normally within TE's production standards and procedures.

Set and facilitate maintenance plan of facility in the plant in order to ensure normal operation.
People Management & Development
Organize maintenance personnel to attend the skill training in order to enhance the employee's maintance skills.

Supervise the maintenance of facilities; Contact and negotiate with the landlord to ensure that they maintain
the public service and keep the environment around our plant better; Supervise to check the cleanliness index of clean room to satisfy the requirement of production;Categorize and preserve facility related documents and
maintance record in order to ensure the facilities in our plant run normally.

Comply with the related policy and if find the problem, report it on time.


Education, Technical Qualification & Experience
1.Junior College
2.Three years manufacturing experience
3.Be familiar with MS office.
4.Have a good management ability
5.To be able to identify the work related environmental aspects and control the environmental, be capable of
directing suppliers to meet the requirements of controlling the important environmental aspects when they serving
