MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
- Achieve yearly Sales Budget
- Business channel development and maintenance
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Execute sales strategy for broker business and bepartially responsible for achieving sales budget through active sales and marketing activities;
- Maintain the assigned broker channels and develop other new broker channels through promotion of existing product lines as well as new product;
- Participate in the preparation, management, implementation of business plan and database, prepare presentation and proposal
- Explore potential target list and pipeline and co-operate with U/W on major renewal accounts by providing quality customer service
- Coach and supervise Distribution Executives in ways that are required by department head
- Keep close monitoring of the competition and market intelligence, provide suggestions to Leader constantly
- Follow up broker unit best practice
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 5 - 6 years working experience in insurance industry, preferably with background in foreign insurer's/broker’sBD/marketing department
- Good communication skill, strong sales skills and client service sense, commercial awareness
- Couldindependently work under pressure
- Frequent business travel may be required
