Position： Head of Credit

Job Responsibility:
1. Lead the section to establish effective team which will support marketing activities of the department by conducing high quality credit analysis and risk monitoring;
2. Lead the staff to comply with regulations and rules, both internal and external.
3. Collect necessary and updated financial and non-financial information and conduct analysis and monitoring in timely manner.
4. Communicate with client and other lenders including agent to collect updated information.
5. Cooperate with RMs to complete renewal of credit facility before expiry.
6. Closely monitor clients and industries, and report if any sign or events of credit deterioration in timely manner.
7. Self-assessment to assess the quality of the risk asset when the obligor is classified as cautious, etc.
8. Respond to any credit conditions and instructions in timely manner.
9. Compliance with both external and internal rules and regulations.
10.Closely communicate with HO or any other relevant departments / sections for an update.
11.Cooperate with RMs to understand the contents of documentation in order to protect the bank from any future credit events.
12.Prepare credit related reports for regulators, auditors or any other departments / sections.
13.Assist RM’s marketing by providing preliminary credit analysis including grading test on potential client.
14.Assist RM’s to test profitability by running RAROC / SMVA model.

Job Requirement:
- University graduate;
- min. 8 years experience in banking/financial services industry
- Risk management, financial analysis, banking products, regulations, communication
- Fluent Chinese & English ,
- Good PC skills,
- Commitment, diligence, attention to details
