Job Purpose

确保工厂公用设备的正常运行, 所有设施状态完好。

Ensure smooth operation and in good condition of utility systems and other facilities.

确保所有机械领域竣工图以及相关技术资料的完整性、正确性，并进行归档。

Ensure all of the mechanical / architecture as-built drawings and instructions are archived correctly.

参与西氏医药包装（中国）有限公司新项目的建设，负责机械（包括暖通与空调，管道，水处理，及设施等）领域的工作，确保该领域设施以及设备选择的正确性，安装、验证符合西氏的标准以及现行GMP 的要求。

Participate in WEST new plant construction, be responsible for mechanical (including HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and facilities etc.) function to ensure that overall facilities and equipments are correctly selected, installed and validated according to WPS and cGMP standards.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

建立公用系统及设施在机械领域的操作以及维修规程。

Set up operating and maintenance Standard Operating Procedures for all utility systems and facilities in mechanical function

通过设立维修战略并实施预防性维修来确保所有的设备设施运行良好。

Ensure overall equipments are running smoothly and efficiently through establishment of maintenance strategy and implementation of preventive maintenance

组织和开展机械领域设备的定期及日常维护保养工作。

Organize and carry out daily work of mechanical engineering function

提供专业服务和跨功能支持，如培训，维修，改造，验证等。

Provide professional service and cross functional support to customers, such as training, maintenance, renovation, validation and etc.

制定备件计划，及时更新备件的库存信息和技术信息。

Constructing and adjusting spare parts and new parts, keeping the spare part inventory and technical information updated in the area of responsibility.

负责工程及维修备件及备件仓库的管理，保证备件仓库整洁，备件状态完好，数量、规格型号的信息准确。

Engineering and maintenance spare parts and stock room management, ensure neatness of stock room, good condition of all spare parts, and accurate information of spare parts such as: quantity, type etc.

文件工作： 按时完成工作报告 （月度工作报告，设备分析报告，故障根源分析报告，备件进出库及盘点报告等）。根据GMP要求更新文件。

Paper work: Issue working report timely (monthly report, equipment performance report, root cause analysis report, stock room inventory report upon request, etc.) Keep documents updated according to cGMP standards

执行主管/经理布置的其他任务。

Conduct other tasks assigned by the supervisor/ the manager.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Integrity, self-motivated, teamwork spirit

大学专科及以上学历，工程热物理，机械或者相关专业

Diploma or above majoring in Thermo Dynamic Engineering, Mechanical engineering or the like

良好的中英文沟通技能

Good communication skill in both English and Chinese

5年及以上的工作经验

Over five years working experience

具备制药、半导体、化学、食品等行业经验者优先考虑

Pharmaceutical, semiconductor and food industry experience is an advantage

在德国的施托尔贝格，西氏也在从事TrimTec 和 InsoCap 密闭装置的生产。在亚太地区，西氏还在新加坡建有一座工厂，并在澳大利亚、中国、印度和新加坡设有销售办事处。
