Responsibilities

• Consult, collaborate, and support clients to develop integrated media communication strategies and plans.
• Partnering with brand planning teams, creative agency and other partners, research, strategic planning, and business development to ensure client objectives are met leveraging the newest technologies and marketing strategies
• Provide proactive contribution to clients' business growth by identifying new media opportunities
• Deliver strategic insights to drive new business efforts

Required experience

• 4 or more years experience in online media planning within an advertising agency.
• Well-versed in all forms of digital media including web, search, social, email and mobile.
• Experienced in online performance tracking and monitoring
• Senior level client negotiation and management skills with the ability to write clearly and to make lively, imaginative but substantive presentations
• Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills in English and Mandarin

Required Skills:

• Mandarin as mother tongue
• Excellent in both written and oral English is a MUST
• Confidence in delivering oral presentations
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment
• Must be a dynamic, highly-motivated, self-starter
