Core tasks:

1. Take lead of A/S business in manufacturing industries;

2. Understand and master the technology and application of A/S and its design principle;

3. Understand the market by analysing the data and information acquired from the market;

4. Generate strategy of the marketing and sales plan for A/S business in manufacturing industries;

5. Conduct marketing activities to promote A/S system and identify the target prospects;

6. Collect and analyse the information and requirement of the target leads and prove its qualification according to SLOG criterion;

7. Present winning strategy for the target leads;

8. Team with the assigned designer to design and present the solution for customer;

9. Lead and conduct the sales activities according to SLOG sales process;

10. Be responsible for the proposal and bidding document preparation and submission;

11. Lead and conduct the bidding activities until finalise the Contract negotiation and Contract signing;

12. Be responsible for the down-payment collecting;

Maintain a healthy sales funnel for A/S in manufacturing industries.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above holder in mechanical, Mechatronics, engineering or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years proven working experience in system sales, including 2+ years working experience in manufacturing business or automated material handling business;

· Proven track record for sales achievement;

· Good understanding in the manufacturing market;

· Confident to work with high independence and work under pressure and tight schedule

· Proactive, self-motivated, must be a good team player and leader with strong customer focus

· Proficiency in English (oral & written) and Mandarin(oral & written) is a must

· Willing to travel both domestically and overseas on short notice
