Responsibilities:

- Analyse game designs and produce thematic studies.

- Recruit and organize playtests.

- Observe and interview playtest participants.

- Quantitatively and qualitatively analyse results.

- Write playtest reports and give presentations of findings.

- Create novel test processes and methodologies.

- Manage GamesLab logistics and resources.

Requirements:

- Excellent awareness of industry and game trends.

- Good inter-personal skills in English, both oral and written.

- Logical, task driven, with good time management, and able to deliver high quality analysis under tight time constraints.

- Bachelor’s in psychology, human-computer interaction, interaction design, game design, or related field.
