Job Responsibilities:
? Accumulate a strong candidate database within your specialized job function for one certain Industry; ?
? Analyze the Client’s Job Description and frame the searching plan (including the search scope, search methods, schedule, etc.);
? Search the target candidates via various channels, such as company database, website, personal network, cold-call, etc.
? Telecommunicate with the candidates and face-to-face interview (with the leader) the candidates. Assist the leader to complete the candidate reports;
? Help to arrange the corporate interview after recommend the candidates to our clients. Tutor the candidate to behave better in the interview;
? Gather the interview feedback from the candidates, assist the leader to communicate with our clients;
? Assist the leader to negotiate the offer between our clients and the candidates;
? Assist the leader to do the candidate reference check base on our clients requirements
? Keep communicating with the successful candidates when they are on board and help them to pass the probation;
? Develop the industrial talent searching plan with the leader, enrich our industry talent database;
? Maximize the usage of candidate / client / vacancy resources, cross-selling with other colleagues;
? Collect the industrial information and assist the leader to develop new clients.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above;
? At least 3 year experience in head-hunting or consulting industry;
? Hands-on experience in talent search, identification, screen, interview & testing and reporting;
? Capable of approaching & communicating with senior level candidate or senior management of clients;
? Good command of English in Oral and Written;
? Good communication and inter-personal skills;
? Good capability of learning and analyzing;
? Logical thinking, Intelligent, a quick learner;
? Result driven, strong team working spirit and can work under pressure; ?
? Extrovert, mature and strong business sense; ?
? CAN DO attitude, good teamwork.
