岗位职责：
? This position provides a senior level of Quality Engineering leadership, guidance and technical support for assigned products, businesses, and strategic quality improvement initiative.
? This person is instrumental to drive Customers Satisfaction through building a culture of world-class quality systems and processes to achieved benchmark product quality; ensure product compliance to specifications and procedures.

? Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering degree. Postgraduate degree will be an advantage.
? 10 years work experience in manufacturing, with minimum of 5 years management experience, preferably in Quality engineering environment. Familiarity with power electronics, product qualification and reliability will be an advantage.
? Lean-Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred.
? ASQ Certified Quality Engineer desirable. Well verse in quality system and quality control methodology.
? Proficiency in written and spoken English. Possesses good presentation and communication skills and ability to articulate viewpoints.
? Independent worker, self-starter and result oriented. A strong motivator and people mobiliser with excellent leadership skills. Ability to work well and interact at all levels.
? Experience in managing diverse job scope and working in cross cultural matrix organization environment. Resourceful in handling wide range of issues in creative and effective ways.
? Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills including business acumen.
