职位描述
岗位职责：
? In conjunction with the General Manager & Plant Manager, develop and seek approval for an annual Production Plan.
? In this Plan, parameters and milestones for meeting production schedules/targets, export shipments, manufacturing efficiency and productivity, product quality, etc. should be clearly stated; it should include data such as personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, and facility, tooling and equipment needs.
? Implement the approved Plan.
? Ensure that the targets and milestones of this Plan are met or exceeded.
? Advise the Management of any significant deviation from such targets and parameters, and recommend remedies.
? Develop, and maintain the targets for labor hours, production costs, and other production parameters.
? Advice the Management on the right product mix and product strategy for the export market. Align this product mix to the production strategy of the Plant.
? Recruit, train, motivate and supervise the activities of production staff.
? Ensure that the production and quality control standards, cost controls, budgetary controls, product types and specifications, delivery dates, etc. will conform to the corporate manufacturing standards and requirements.
? Ensure that all established costs, quality, delivery commitments are met.
? Under the direction of the Management, coordinate with other department managers on the production activities in order to achieve optimization of facilities, human resources, machines and equipment.
? Furnish the Management with periodic management reports, as required.
? Undertake projects as required.
任职资格的具体描述：
? A degree in an industrial engineering or related discipline from a credible institution in China. Post-graduate qualifications in the industrial engineering/production technology/business discipline will be advantageous
? At least 10 years’ experience in shop-floor manufacturing/ production operations in the technology and industrial field in China gained through multinational companies and in a similar function
? A team player, good communicate skill.
? Effective negotiation skills.
