岗位职责：
Under little supervision, the project engineer plays an engineering leadership role responsible for design, analysis, test, release and support of industrial power control products (low/medium voltage variable frequency drives or motor control center), consistent with company and industry standards for quality, safety and reliability while optimising cost and manufacturability. This position works closely with the regional and global design engineering team as part of a cross functional team and will be mainly involved in design activities.

M.S. degree (or B.S. degree with proven work experience) in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
7+ years of mechanical CAD software (AutoCAD, Pro/E) design experience. Be able to manipulate large assemblies (＞200 components) effectively.
Have a thorough working knowledge of production part processes: plastic forming, mouldings,castings and sheet-metal manufacturing methods. A broad understanding of numerous other piece-part prototyping techniques could also be applied towards design activities
Experience in engineering document control and familiar with processing revisions on product documentation through the requirement of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
Have the ability to conceptualise designs, improve on existing products, evaluate and develop various designs and manufacturing methods to optimize production or cost reduction.
Experience with designing for agency certifications such as UL, IEC, etc. as related to specific products.
Be able to function effectively in a global team environment and have the ability to communicate on a technical level interfacing with Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality, Marketing, Technicians and outside vendors.
Demonstrated organisational, communication, and documentation skills in order to clearly convey status updates, technical issues, design alternatives, etc.
Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Fluent in English oral, professional reading and writing skills in English.
