职位描述
岗位职责：
→ Achieve year-on-year improvement in total cost, quality, and service by Influencing regional and global supply management activities and managing supplier relationships for a portfolio of commodities across the business units. Influence of cross-functional strategic sourcing teams (made up of Commodity Project Managers, Purchasing Managers, Engineers, Operations Managers, Quality Managers and Marketing Managers), accountable for execution and implementation of the sourcing strategies within all business units. Facilitate activities focusing on the localization strategies of our global supply base.
→ Conduct tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, quality and environmental regulations (state regulations, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, etc.) as well as company’s policies and procedures.

→ Must have strong sourcing experience: at least 5 years
→ Must have solid technical knowledge of electrical products
→ Must be familiar with automation and system solution business
→ Must have strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills
→ TRAVEL: 30% (Domestic & International)
