工作内容：
1、熟知国际贸易流程及操作。

2、联络国内各个工厂（供应商）和寻找新的工厂（供应商）的新品开发；
3、协调出货时的联络和验货工作。
4、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
5、具备较好的沟通、协调及执行能力，工作踏实认真、责任心强。
任职要求：
本科以上学历，熟练使用Word, excel等办公软件,电脑操作熟练，有一定英文基础，工作细致认真,责任心强。国际贸易或机械制造专业，年龄22至35周岁，男女不限。家住浦东新区熟知汽车零部件者优先考虑，优秀应届毕业生亦可。

Role:
- To be acquainted with all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, correspondence, negotiation, ordering, concluding contract, custom releasing and etc.
- Negotiate, renegotiate and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors and other representatives
- Filling out Letter of Credit requisition forms & following up the process of opening L/C request in banks.
- Collecting all required documents for opening L/C or taking Insurance.
- Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time and resolve problems related to undelivered goods
- Maintain and review computerized or manual records of prices, items purchased, costs, deliveries, product performance, etc.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years practical and relevant experience in International Business, especially in the field of Automotive.
- Having excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in Chinese and English
- To dominate in Ms-office software's.
- To demonstrate flexibility, initiative, proactively, dynamism and enthusiasm nature.
- Language skills: fluent in English and Chinese both written and verbal.
