Responsibility:
1.Coordinate the sales planning and assembly planning incl. forecast with HQ regularly;
2.Coordinate the delivery planning with order processing regularly;
3.Coordinate the production planning with related internal department workshop, warehouse, purchasing etc. regularly;
4.Organize and lead weekly production meeting to ensure good communication and common understanding about delivery plan internally;
5.Be able to take lead to organize possible resources to deal with the emergency orders;
6.Make proposal and take proper measures to short the delivery time;
7.Establish KPI to the team members and measure the performance;
8.Report to production general manager about the production planning and delivery planning;
9.Other tasks assigned by production general manager;


Requirement：
1.BS in engineering or economical engineering background;
2.6 years working experience in production planning position a manufacturing environment;
3.Overall knowledge in a manufacturing unit ;
4.Excellent communication skills and analytical abilities;
5.Excellent team-building and project management skills;
6.Birdview of the whole production resources ;
7.Customer demand oriented and problem solving ability ;
8.Have balancing thinking and dear to make decision;
9.SAP knowledge and operation ;
10.Excellent English in oral and written.
