Job Description:
1. Able to work with plant finance, setup and organize ABC (Activity based costing) for each product.
2. Able to understand product manufacturing process, build up UCRS (unit cost per product), analyze key driver and change of each cost element.
3. Consolidate information from cost request system, develop business case for each potential business or engineer changes
4. Represent finance to join in CR kick off, BOM review and Business case review meeting, summarize and provide finance input.
5. Value analysis, able to use total land cost module to evaluate materials purchasing source change.
6. Other operation finance input and support, such as standard cost setup and update, check book review, plant budget support, and etc.

Requirements:
1. At least 3 years plant costing experience in manufacturing environment
2. Very good Excel skills, able to create or work with complicated excel template.
3. Good Oracle system will be plus
4. Bachelor degree, at least 5 years accounting or finance working experience.
5. Dedicated personality, able to work in very tight schedule. Has interest in product design and manufacturing process.
