焊接技术与工程相关专业本科以上学历；
至少5年机电设备安装工作经验,有焊接行业工作经验为佳
阅读、理解计划图、机械图纸及和产品有关的参考图表，根据操作手册和设计图纸，装配、安装设备及零部件；
具有手动及自动焊接设备操作技能及一定的焊接技巧；
具有较好的商务技巧及熟练的英语技能。
可能需要短期的海外派遣工作，如：工程讨论，安装，试运产及培训。
能适应国内出差。
