Reporting to: Finance Manager

Job description

Responsibilities:

? The Accounting Manager will manage the daily accounting processes of the Group Companies. For such a purpose he will be assisted by one accountant.

? His / her responsibilities will include:

- Accounting of daily transactions

- Cash reconciliation

- Fixed Assets controlling

- Monthly reconciliation of the turnover with department stores

? He / She will work on the Cylande (Logistics) and SAGE (Accounting) Software tools

? He / She will also be responsible for the monthly margin and reconciliation between ERP (Cylande) and Accounting Software (SAGE)

Requirement:

? Experience in the Retail business is a must

? Solid accounting background, studies and related work experience

? Well organized and structured way of working

? Ability to work independently and to manage one person

? Capacity to communicate actively with department stores

? Fluency in Mandarin and good English required

职位描述：

1. 负责整个企业的会计核算流程，会配备会计助理

2. 主要包括：-日常交易的会计核算

-现金收支控管

-固定资产核算、摊销相关处理

-每月商场营业额财务管理

3. 主要操作平台为：Cylande（数据系统） SAGE（财务系统）

4. 负责每月ERP(Cylande) 和财务软件（SAGE）的余额调整

职位要求：

1. 必须具备零售业相关经验

2. 扎实的会计背景，研究和工作经验

3. 良好严谨有序的工作方式

4. 独立工作及管理能力

5. 良好的沟通能力

6. 熟练的英语和标准的普通话
