销售经理，服务及备件销售

职位概述:

负责具体实施服务业务的规划和要求，即完成该所负责的区域或行业的服务和备件业务的销售发展要求。通过维护和开发客户并不断增进与客户的联系沟通，增加区域内的有效客户数量和销售增长；通过SMS MEER备件及服务技术，实现区域内服务及备件销售的盈利性增长，全面完成部门下达的各项销售指标。

Responsible for planning and requirements of concrete implementation. Complete the sales development and targets on the responsible area or business service and spare parts business. Through the maintenance and development of customers and constantly improve customer communication, increasing the number of the effective customers and sales growth; Through SMS MEER’s service and spares parts technology, to reach the area of service and spare parts sales of profitable growth. Fully complete the sales targets which issued by department.

主要职能

实施服务业务的规划和要求，并及时反馈和报告在所负责区域或行业的进度信息

完成部门下达的所负责区域或行业内客户的服务及备件销售指标（包括销售额、有效客户数量、销售年增长、利润情况、客户满意度等）

完成与客户的销售合同谈判及确认订立，完成订单执行过程中的与客户的沟通、货期确认、收款等

推动客户的服务及备件销售的周期循环，并探索新的服务和销售模式，实现利润和销售额的增长

通过紧密的客户沟通形式（包括但不限于:客户电话、客户拜访、交流会等），及时了解客户在生产运行过程中出现的问题，通过自身努力以及在相关部门的支持下，实现并保持客户满意

按时完成上级所要求的业绩和销售报告和信息收集

创新性开发新的服务技术和服务形式

Planning and requirements of Service business implementation, report and feedback the process information about the responsible area&industry timely.

To Reach the customers service and sales targets of responsible area and industry (Including sales amount, number of effective customers, sales yearly increase rate, profit and customers satisfy)

Complete sales contract’s negotiation and confirmation with customers, to complete the communication with customer during the order fulfillment process, confirm the products delivery and payments and so on.

Push the sales cycle of customer service and spare parts, and explore the new service and sales model, to come true the sales margin and growth..

Through the closely communication with customer ( including but not limited to telephone, visiting and communicating meeting). Timely understand customer’s problems in production running. to achieve and maintain the customers satisfy by own effects and with the supporting of related department..

Finish the sales report and information gathering timely. As the required performance by superior.

任职要求

4-5年工业品销售经验，熟悉冶金行业和客户的生产设备及主要工艺流程，拥有在冶金行业的工业品销售或者有冶金行业工作背景者优先

全日制大学本科学历，机械/轧制工艺/冶金材料工程专业毕业

有良好的交叉矩阵团队工作经验，并有较强的团队意识

有良好的内部及外部沟通技巧，英语书面和口语沟通能力良好

客户及市场动态需求的掌握和理解能力

能经常性出差

办公地点：北京

4-5 years industry sales experience. Family Metallurgical Industry and Customers Product equipment and its process. Have metallurgical industry’s industrial sales experience or metallurgical industry background is preferred.

Bachelor Degree，Major in Mechanical / Rolling Process/ metallurgical materials engineering

Have good Cross matrix team working experience and strength team player.

Good internal and external communication skill. Excellence of oral and written.

Master customer and market dynamics need and understanding ability.

Could accept business travel (frequently)
