Job Summary

Promoting and selling radiation and tempering convection furnaces equipments, providing knight service to customers within target regions especially in the international trade marketing.

Job Responsibilities

• Be hardworking to pursue sales leads
• Visit existing and new customers; Evaluate customer needs and Recommend appropriate products and services; Respond rapidly to customer enquiries; Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority and conclude sales orders to match sales goals.
• Realize, research, and contact prospective customers and accomplish positive relationships that will form future sales and repeat business.
• Collecting efficiently customer feedback and information about competitor activities penetrates cunningly into contacts within the appropriate conditions so that they could respond to adapting and coordinating marketing circumstances and customer demands.
• Establish quite whole annually, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and reports, as well as prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
• Regulate sales quotations and approach to new business.
• Be able to ensure a noticeably analyzing capacity of contracts and build up solid self-confidence for sales opportunities in the pipeline.
• Be smoothly adaptable to participating in variously international fairs and exhibitions and undertake additional assignments and projects as required.

Requirement of Education

• University level or above, major in Mechanism/Electronics Engineering/Automation/ Mechatronics, the related glass field is preferred.

Requirement of Work Experience

• Be able to abate restrictions on demands of working abilities for newly undergraduates. Nevertheless, at least 3 years working experiences in glass industry machine/equipment sales/marketing or working experience in the multinational corporation is preferred.

Preparedness of payment

• The elementary stipend monthly RMB3000 + performance + additional subsidies + social securities (endowment insurance, medical insurance, procreative insurance, work injury insurance and unemployment insurance)
