Corporate Social Responsibility Officer
The Responsibilities
1. Conduct Code of Conduct (CoC) Audits in China and Southeast Asia,
2. Write and submit audit reports in timely manner,
3. Develop reasonable Corrective Actions Plan (CAP) with suppliers after CoC Audit by providing necessary support and guidance,
4. Monitor CAP implementation by suppliers,
5. Assist or conduct internal and external CoC trainings, and
6. Conduct ad hoc visits & projects
职位描述
1。在国内及东南亚进行有关行为准则（CoC）的工厂评估，
2。按时撰写并提交评估报告，
3。评估后，通过提供必要的支持和指导，与供应商制定合理的纠正行动计划（CAP），
4。监控供应商对CAP的履行，
5。协助或进行内部和外部的CoC培训，
6。执行特设工厂访问及专案项目
The Requirement
1. Degree holder, in Social Science or Accounting preferred,
2. At least 3 - 5 years CoC auditing experience for factories producing diversified merchandises in China, auditing experience in Southeast Asia is an absolute advantage
3. High degree of work ethics and integrity,
4. SA8000 Lead Auditor is an absolute advantage,
5. Strong knowledge of local labor, health and safety and environmental law in China and Southeast Asia as well as CSR standards such as EICC & SA8000,
6. Self-motivated, detail-oriented & organized,
7. Independent and responsible as well as ability to work in a team,
8. Problem-solver, able to meet tight deadline and work under high pressure
9. Frequent travel within China and Southeast Asia
10. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
11. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin, and
12. Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing

2。在国内进行CoC工厂评估工作经验至少3 - 5年，并涉及生产多元化的商品的工厂，具有东南亚的工厂评估工经验会有一定优势
3。拥有高水平的职业道德和诚信，
4。 SA8000资深审核员具有一定优势，
5。对国内各地及东南亚等地劳工，健康与安全和环境的法律法规以及如EICC与SA8000等企业社会责任标准非常了解，
6。自我激励，注重细节，有组织，
7。独立及负责任处事，并具有在团队中工作的能力，
8。能有效解决问题，按时间表并在高压下完成工作
9。非常频繁的在国内及东南亚等地出差进行CoC工厂评估工作
10。优秀的沟通，谈判和人际交往能力，
11。流利的英语口语和书面英语，
12。熟悉操作MS Office和懂打字
