1. Purpose & Accountabilities of the Job
This position is providing full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to senior leaders.

Main Accountabilities:

- Manage time, calendar and travels for the leadership team
- Prepare agenda's for the leadership team including supporting overseas guests and their agendas
- Handle travel arrangements, including flights, transfers, accommodation and visas etc
- Maintain documentation / filing system, manage the project portfolio governance by keeping record of project descriptions, overview of project portfolio, receive requests for projects and present project portfolio status to the Leadership team
- Assist with presentations, meeting preparation and other documents by liaising with others in the collection and preparation of information.
- Other tasks assigned by leadership team.


2. Qualifications & Technical Competencies Required
Education
- Bachelor Degree preferred

Experience
- 3+ years’ all-round office administration experience in MNCs, with PA experience preferred
- Strong sense of responsibility, independent and committed to deliver quality results
- Well-organized, proactive, able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works under tight schedules
- Good at organizing and communicating
- Interpersonal skills, assertive and out-going personality
- Willing to work under pressure & cross culture environment

Technical Competencies
- Good English both in writing and speaking
- Good computer skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good at organizing and communicating
- Service oriented mindset and proactive, Strong execution ability and result-oriented
- Interpersonal skills, assertive and out-going personality
- Willing to work under pressure & cross culture environment
