职责描述：
1、为用户提供热诚、规范的服务；
2、与客服外包公司做好日常工作对接；
3、日常制作客户订单， 定期制作数据分析报表；
4、仓库及供应链的维护及工作对接；
5、负责客户投诉案件整理分析，受理客户投诉并协调客户关系；
6、负责客户满意度调查、统计分析和提升计划的制定和实施；

任职要求：

1、2年以上（淘宝）商城店铺工作经验，熟悉淘宝店铺运作和管理；
2、精通淘宝流程，包括淘宝宣传，能将淘宝网店里一切相关事宜处理得当；
3、熟悉处理淘宝店铺上客户订单；
4、熟悉聊天工具，通过旺旺与客户在线交流，了解客户需求，妥善处理客户投诉，保证客户满意；
5、具有强烈的团队意识、上进心和责任感 。
