岗位职责 / Responsibility：
- 新项目启动后的项目管理，协助进行项目小组的组建。
Setting up the project team once the new project launchs(B2 release)
- 制定项目计划，组织项目小组工作，确保项目按时完成。
Establish project plan and organize project teamwork to ensure timely completion of projects.
- 根据客户OTS交样时间对客户输入，图纸设计，原料采购，设备以及工装夹具，OTS样品试制，试验计划等环节进行管理，建立BOM。
According the customer OTS timing requirement, manage the customer technique input, drawing design, raw part purchase,equipment and fixture, OTS sample making, test plan, etc , create BOM.
- 根据客户和伦福德资料，支持德国设计部共同完成产品设计图纸，与实验室共同制定试验计划。
According to customer and Lemforder’s information, support designer and test center on drawing and test plan.
- 跟踪OTS样品在客户的试验结果并得到相关认可。
Follow up the OTS/prototype samples test in customer side, and get release report.
- 参与解决OTS样品在试制阶段的工艺技术问题。
Participate in solve working process technical problem in the OTS sample making period, together with process eng.
- 编写新项目总结报告，并完成生产的移交。
Prepare the new project summarization, and transfer to series produce.
- 分析客户询价产品的技术输入，完成报价参考。
Analyse the customer quotation production technique input, prepared for quotation information with BOMs, technical conditions and local contents proposals.
- 负责对公司所有批量生产前的项目必要时进行工程更改。
Launch the ECR if it’s necessary in new project development.
- 完成部门经理以及模块组长(项目经理)交办的任务。
Accomplish other tasks given by department manager and module team leader(project manager) within the responsibility.
