工作职责：
1. 具备良好的网络营销技巧,对网络销售的系统管理有丰富的实战经验,熟悉网络销售的各类软件使用,有较强的销售意识和服务意识;
2.负责店铺直通车、淘宝搜索优化、活动报名、淘客计划执行，协助做好店铺的数据分析。
3.负责淘宝及天猫网店日常的推广，包括淘宝商城、商品标题关键字策略、淘宝直通车、钻石展位、淘宝客等，并配合店铺自身的各类营销推广；
4.运用软文推广、邮件推广、SNS推广、论坛推广及其他各种网络渠道进行推广，吸引点击量；
5. 定期策划网店活动,提升店铺名气,聚集流量和人气,形成销售;
6. 整理每日、周、月监控的数据:流量数据、营销数据、交易数据;
7. 熟悉互联网的产品推广运营方式,熟悉直通车,聚划算等

8.淘宝营销工具研究,提出应用方案,提高入店流量,增大点击率和浏览量;

任职要求:
1、2-3年以上淘宝运营推广经验，有女鞋类目运营推广经验的优选选择。
2、善于打造淘宝商城爆款,对于销售不理想的款式进行诊断改进;
3、精通淘宝直通车、钻石展位、淘江湖、淘宝客,超级卖霸等淘宝推广运营;
4、熟悉报名聚划算,品牌特卖,淘金币等各类淘宝站内活动技;
5、熟悉淘宝网商品排序、网店评分、店铺运营等各种操作规则,
6、精通量子恒道和数据魔方的运用与分析;
7.年龄：22-30周岁，性别不限；
