岗位职责：
1、负责公司天猫网店的管理，制订推广目标、计划与预算并负责实施。
2、负责天猫店宝贝排名的优化，店铺流量的优化，转化率的优化，数据研究统计，淘宝营销工具的优化和利用。
3、策划店铺促销活动，熟悉并且对分析买家心态有兴趣，善于运用语言文字打动买家，从而达到更好的业绩
4、负责安排淘宝推广：例如直通车、淘客、SNS帮派、外网等操作流程。
5、熟悉设计关键词，能把握好直通车上架时间，做好竞价排名，降本增效。
6、懂得数据分析，找出店面问题并处理和提交。
7、负责策划各种的店铺推广活动，并能制定详细的参加计划。
8、负责基于淘宝站内各种推广渠道和方法。
岗位要求：
1、熟悉天猫，并懂得研究淘宝数据，相关工作经验一年以上。有团队管理经验优先。
2、有打造爆款实践经验。
3、良好的沟通能力及团队领导力、协作能力，富有责任心、学习能力强。喜欢讨论、分享、交流、与客服互动，了解电商渠道推广效果，从而在有效范围继续投入资金推广。
